The event can begin!
Offer, acceptation and affirmation have taken place and our operative work begins. But before the trucks drive up at the venue, your project manager has a lot of preparation to do.
He finally arranges the crew, plans the technical equipment with you and briefs all participants beforehand. Our backoffice also is activated now. The dispatcher checks for availability and generates packing lists and directions, our techicians in the repair shops conduct the final quality check, the technicians in the disposal department prepare the eqipment for it's operation and the warehouse personnel packs the equipment to appropriate portions and loads the trucks.
The more accurate these preparing operations are done, the more smoothly is the process of your production on site.
You will probably know the procedure on site: We set up, arrange, technically test, and are ready at our positions well before the show to attend to your evening technically.
After your event the contour "wheel" keeps on turning, via the deconstruction, the backhaul and the unloading in Overath back to the starting point.
Even now the work isn't over. Our backoffice reactivates: During unloading the trucks the equipment is counted, afterwards cleaned if necessary and quality-checked in the workshops before putting it back to it's storage location, and after that the dispatcher books it back in.
Finally your project manager discusses with you the success of your project and is available for praise as well as for criticism.
