The desks from the LS9-series follow the footsteps of the well-known Yamaha desks PM1D, PM5D und M7CL and complete the range of digital desks for live sound and installations by Yamaha. The LS9-16 has 16 Mic/Line inputs and 32 channels. Though it is light and small enough to be carried and set up by a single person, it still offers an extraordinary sound quality as well as functions that have proven useful in earlier digital desks by Yamaha. Besides numerous effect possibilities (gate, compression) and EQ-functions it also has a built-in USB-recorder/player for recordings and the replay of background music as well as further functions, offering you all you need for live sound and installations of small to medium sizes - all this in a surprisingly compact multi-purpose desk.
