In order to still have available qualified and commited personel in the future, we train young people as event operators, event managers and warehouse specialists. By this means we keep our high demand for quality as well as our philosophy young.

Veranstaltungstechnik" (qualified event operator) by IHK Cologne
- Felix Lenz receives the concession as instructor, with the technical
qualification for "Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik", actively works at
"Ausbildungsverbund Köln" and at the board of examiners of IHK
- the first two apprenticeships are contracted with Marco Fußhöller and Robin
Röhrig
1999
- Sebastian Wendt is employed as "Azubi" for "Fachkraft f. V-technik"
2000
- Roland Aberle is employed as "Azubi" for "Fachkraft f. V-technik"
- Frank Kasper and Stefan Kevenhörster begin their training for "Meister für
Veranstaltungstechnik" (master craftsman for events)
2001
- As the first apprentices, Marco Fußhöller and Robin Röhrig complete their

2002

- Jan Schmidt and Ben Achenbach are employed as "Azubis" for "Fachkraft f. V-

craftsman's diploma), comleting their exams with destinction
